Forestry Hose Clamps are a hand-operated tool that temporarily shuts off the flow of water through your 1” (25 mm) or 1.5” (38 mm) forestry fire hose. Our Hose Clamps are intended for use with your single jacket canvas, rubber, or synthetic jacketed hose. The clamp is self-locking and will remain locked until released without causing permanent damage to approved hose types.
A single operator can shut off a single line under water pressure up to 300psi. This clamp fits in most utility pouches and features a design with minimal pinch points.
Features and Benefits:
For fast, easy removal of air and water from hose, “walk” the hose through the hose roller before reloading. Made of all lightweight materials.
Quickly knocks down chimney fires with a fine spray so water damage is minimized or eliminated. Durable five-pound head is easily operated by one person. Eight strategically placed nozzles spray 40 gallons per hour, at 60 psi. The Chimney Snuffer comes complete with carrying bag, garden hose adapter, 25 feet (7.6m) of 1″ (25 mm) hose and ball shutoff valve. 1.0″ NH (25 mm).
Adjustable to open any hydrant with pentagon and square heads. Features a manganese bronze compact head and plated steel handle. Spanner claw works on both pin and rocker lug style couplings
