What is the Working Fire Nozzle?
The Working Fire nozzle operates like a fixed orifice combination nozzle up to its rated flow and pressure. Once you exceed the rated flow, the built-in pressure relief function keeps the nozzle reaction manageable for your crew.
Available Options:
Working Fire is available in two options:
• 150 GPM at 75 PSI (570 LPM at 5 bar)
• 160 GPM at 50 PSI (600 LPM at 3.4 bar)
Reaction Force Management
The built in pressure relief means your crew can fight the fire, not the nozzle reaction. This unique benefit kicks in once you surpass the rated flow of the nozzle and means your crew will feel less reaction force, even if the nozzle is over pumped. The charts below show just how big of a difference that pressure relief can make!
Thoughtful Design Features
• Tactile detent on the stream shaper prevents unintentional movement into the fog pattern
• Bail handle design allows hose to be packed through
• Built with a full round 1 3/8” stainless steel ball valve
