What is a Mid-Force Fire Nozzle?

Mid-Force is a dual pressure automatic nozzle with a wide flow range of 70 – 200 GPM (265 –760 LPM). The nozzle is available for handlines and monitors.  

Operate in Standard or Low-Pressure Mode 

With Mid-Force, you can choose the pressure that works best for you. Using the knob on the front of the nozzle, you can choose to work in standard or low-pressure mode. 

Standard Mode 

In standard, or blue mode, your Mid-Force nozzle maintains a 100 PSI (7 bar) or 75 PSI (5 bar) operating pressure.  

Low Pressure Mode 

When you turn the knob on the front of your nozzle to red mode, you switch to low pressure mode. Like standard mode, your nozzle will continue to maintain operating pressure, but now at 55 PSI (4 bar) or 45 PSI (3 bar). 

Handheld Options 

• Use with 1.5” (38 mm), 1.75” (45 mm), or 2” (52 mm) hose lines 
• Straight to dense fog pattern 
• Molded rubber fog teeth or stainless-steel spinning fog teeth 

Monitor Nozzle  

• For use on Tornado and EF 1 RC Monitors only 
• Flush without shutdown 
• Molded rubber teeth for a full-fill fog pattern
