Instructions for Returning an Item for Service
- PRINT a copy of the Return for Service Packing Slip
- FILL OUT your packing slip COMPLETELY
- PACK your item(s) WITH THE COMPLETED PACKING SLIP INSIDE your shipment
IMPORTANT RETURN DETAILS
- If a customer declines repair after receiving an estimate, the item(s) can be scrapped at TFT or returned to the customer at their expense.
- Remember to INCLUDE the Return for Service Packing Slip INSIDE your return shipment box.
