Returning An Item For Service

Returning an item for service is easy!

1. PRINT a copy of the Return for Service Packing Slip
2. FILL OUT your packing slip COMPLETELY
3. PACK your item(s) WITH THE COMPLETED PACKING SLIP INSIDE your shipment

NOTE: If a customer declines repair after receiving an estimate, the item(s) can be scrapped at TFT or returned to the customer at their expense.
