A Process for Continual Improvement–ISO 9001: 2015

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a global network that identifies what international standards are required by business, government, and society. ISO 9000 is a series of documented standards relating to quality management systems and has been adopted by more than 100 countries.

In 1997 Task Force Tips made the decision to become registered with the ISO 9001 standard.

Adopting a documented quality management system was a strategic decision made by Task Force Tips to enhance customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. TFT remains registered to the most current version of ISO 9001 to this day.s
