Why PRO/pak? 

When you need a small blanket of foam fast, PRO/pak is your answer. This compact and portable system allows you to deliver your blanket of foam quickly thanks to the 2.5-gallon (9.5 l) foam concentrate reservoir tank, built-in eductor, and quick connect nozzles. 

What is PRO/pak? 

PRO/pak is a portable foam injection and application system that has everything you need in one unit. This system is the ideal choice for applying your Class A, AFFF, SFFF, or Alcohol Resistant foam concentrate quickly and easily. The system attaches to the end of your 1” or 1.5” (25 or 38mm) hose line and operates at a wide range of inlet pressures making it versatile and simple for your crew to deploy.  

PRO/pak Features: 

• 2.5 gallon (9.5 l) foam reservoir with a large, easy-open fill port 
• Built-in eductor that can be set to your needed proportioning ratio
• Injection ratios from 0.1% to 6% 
• Three quick connect nozzles included 
• Straight Stream, low expansion, and medium expansion
• Produces low or medium expansion finished foam 
• Easily flushed

PRO/pak Components: 

The PRO/pak is designed to be compact, rugged, and reliable so that you and your crew can worry less. The yellow body of the unit is made of high-impact engineering plastic. Metallic components are made of aluminum and stainless steel and hard coat anodized for maximum durability. The system also comes with a convenient shoulder strap to make carrying the unit easier for you. 

How Much Foam Can PRO/pak Make? 

The amount of finished foam you end up with will depend on your proportioning amount, expansion ratio, and the type of foam being used.  

With one tank of 1% concentrate, the PRO/pak can make 15,000 gallons (56,775 l) of finished foam using 250 gallons (946 l) of water in 21 minutes. This is based on a 60:1 expansion from the medium-expansion nozzle.
