What is Max-Force?

Max-Force is a dual-pressure automatic master stream nozzle designed specifically for use with portable monitors like the BlitzFire® and BlitzForce™. It offers flow rates from 100 to 500 GPM (400 to 2000 LPM) and features both standard and low-pressure modes, making it adaptable to various firefighting conditions. With its full pattern control, Max-Force allows firefighters to switch between a straight stream and wide fog pattern, ensuring flexibility and effectiveness on the fireground.

What problems does Max-Force solve?

  • Inconsistent Water Delivery: Max-Force provides dual-pressure operation, allowing it to deliver 100 to 500 GPM (400 to 2000 LPM) at both standard (100 PSI / 7 bar) and low-pressure (55 PSI / 4 bar) settings. This versatility ensures that firefighters can adjust water flow based on their immediate needs, making it ideal for dynamic firefighting scenarios.
  • Limited Stream Pattern Control: Max-Force offers full control over water stream patterns, giving firefighters the ability to shift from a wide fog to a straight stream as needed. The built-in ring enables smooth and quick transitions between patterns, providing maximum control during operations.
  • Inadequate Pressure Management: With the integrated baffle switch, Max-Force allows for easy transitions between standard and low-pressure settings. This feature simplifies pressure control, giving firefighters greater operational flexibility

Key Features

Frequently Asked Questions About Max-Series Nozzles (FAQ)

Max-Force nozzles deliver between 100 and 500 GPM (400 to 2000 LPM) at both standard (100 PSI / 7 bar) and low-pressure (55 PSI / 4 bar) settings. This allows for versatile water delivery depending on the fireground conditions.

The baffle switch on Max-Force allows firefighters to quickly and easily switch between standard pressure (100 PSI / 7 bar) and low pressure (55 PSI / 4 bar). The switch also acts as a pressure relief allowing excess water to exit an opening in the baffle.

Max-Force™ offers dual-pressure automatic control with flow rates from 100 to 500 GPM (400 to 2000 LPM), making it adaptable for both high and low-pressure situations.

Max-Matic™ provides single-pressure automatic operation, with options for either 100 PSI (7 bar) or 80 PSI (5.5 bar), delivering the same flow rates.

Max-Flow™ is a fixed gallonage nozzle, offering a steady flow rate of 500 GPM (2000 LPM) at 100 PSI (7 bar).

Traditionally, master stream nozzles operate at either 80 PSI (5.5 bar) or 100 PSI. The Max-Force offers a unique option of 55 PSI (3.8 bar). Similar to a handheld smooth bore that operates at 50 PSI (3.4 bar), the Max-Force allows you to operate at a lower pump pressure to achieve a high flow rate. This helps to protect your equipment by limiting wear on your pump and you achieve a higher flow rate with your pump working less.
