Jessica Richard
Jessica serves as an Account Manager in the southern region of the United States, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to TFT. Growing up in a small town west of Fort Worth, Texas, Jessica is a first-generation college graduate, holding a business degree from Tarleton State University and a Master’s in Public Administration.
Before joining TFT, Jessica dedicated 18 years to law enforcement as a Texas peace officer, primarily in the North Texas area. During her tenure, she took on various roles, including trainer, mentor, and team leader. Jessica’s extensive background in public relations, community engagement, and de-escalation tactics, combined with her expertise in crime and data analysis, interview and interrogation techniques, and social media, has equipped her with the skills to handle complex situations with cultural sensitivity and precision. She was also a certified instructor, known for her ability to implement best practices, mentor new officers, and enhance operational efficiencies through process improvements.
Jessica is recognized for her strategic thinking, strong work ethic, and meticulous communication skills. Her commitment to excellence ensures that she consistently delivers outstanding service and support to her clients.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her son and extended family, traveling, staying active, and embracing new adventures.
