You deserve knowledgeable, helpful support before and after the sale. We strive to give you the options you need to make the best decision for you, service those products, and keep them working for years to come. 


Our dealers and Territory Sales Managers are knowledgeable about waterflow and can help you find the right solution for the challenges you face. Our goal is to take a consultative approach and help you find solutions that work for your crew. 

Service and Repair 

Are you hoping to repair something on your own? Wondering if something needs service? Our service team is available to answer your questions via phone or email every day of the week. Decades of experience make them able to quickly pinpoint your issue and offer up solutions, documents, or advice on how to get it taken care of.  

There are also Service Classes at headquarters a few times each year. Led by our customer service team, the class takes you through basic maintenance and repairs of most of our products. 

Would you rather send your products back to us for repair or service? You can do that too! With our Returning and Item for Service procedure you can send your equipment back and let the service team evaluate the issue and correct it.
