We believe that saving lives and protecting property involves more than making the tools you use to do these tasks. That’s why we also support the MAAC and Hoosier Burn Camp. These organizations both provide invaluable opportunities to individuals – one for first responders and one for young people who have suffered physical or emotional trauma related to a severe burn injury.
The MAAC
The MAAC is a state-of-the-art facility that provides safety, emergency preparedness, and response training for first responders. Firefighters, police officers, and EMS can participate in classroom and practical application programs to hone their skills and be better prepared to serve their communities.
Hoosier Burn Camp
Hoosier Burn Camp is a nonprofit organization that provides experiences for young people who have experienced trauma from a severe burn injury. Through an annual summer camp and monthly events, they create experiences for burn survivors to be among their peers in a safe and supportive environment.
