Phil is a retired volunteer firefighter and has over 30 years of experience in serving first responders. Before joining TFT, Phil spent two decades leading the sales and marketing team at a global fire truck manufacturer.

Phil is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, a former President of the Fire Apparatus Manufacturer’s Association (FAMA), and currently serves on the board of the Fire And Emergency Manufacturers And Services Association (FEMSA).
